Head Space

Fieldwork rovers

concept and Choreography by

"Head space" is the result of a research and deconstruction of In-stitu movement work. Where the architecture of the space inhabited by the artist influences the choreographic response. (Or does it?)

Here, time and space play a more ludic part, and what we see on the outside, as installation or performance, is a tangible reflection of an In-situ piece happening in the mental time and space frame of the artists. And sometimes it is the other way around, where the external environment, (time, space, architecture) creates an In-situ piece that affects the choreographers state and guides the movement and installation results.

Whether the artist is performing or the installation stands by itself, This piece shares a deconstructed reflection on the concepts of time and space.
